Handy Worker Program

The HandyWorker program provides services that contribute to the health, safety and quality of life for homeowners in the unincorporated areas of the Antelope Valley. This includes Lake LA, Pearblossom, Littlerock, Quartz Hill, Sun Village, Lakes Hughes & Elizabeth and Llano. This program can give independence and mobility to clients by installing ramps, grab bars and elevated toilet seats. This program will contribute to the overall revitalization and stabilization of targeted neighborhoods and upgrade the condition of homes, including mobile homes, to ensure safe and secure housing for income qualified and elderly residents.
